BCOCCA Governance Structure

The British Columbia Organization of Caribbean Cultural Associations (BCOCCA) is governed by a structured leadership framework designed to ensure transparency, accountability, and effective decision-making across its member associations.

Key Components of Governance:

  1. Executive Committee
    • Responsible for the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of BCOCCA.
    • Roles include President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, Directors, and Past President.
    • Ensures that all initiatives align with BCOCCA’s mission, vision, and policies.

    • Provide expert advice, support, and recommendations to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
